Birthday

The day began with Chris giving the girls brekky and then descending on our room while I was very much asleep and they were very much awake. Zoe giggled and gurgled; Tia helped me open cards and pressies she, Zoe and Chris had given me.

In many ways it was much like any other day, but lovely nonetheless. Had some fab chats with friends, hung out at home...
I think the girls had worked out we were going out that evening because they both refused to settle in bed. At one point Tia could be heard singing....

In the evening the lovely De came over to babysit. Zoe settled down and snoozed, Tia sang for awhile and then all was silent. And we went to The Cheesecake Factory!
