WHAT IS THIS WHITE STUFF?

Hey Zoe and Tia - can you tell us what this is? We have never seen it before. Mommy took us outside and look there was all this white stuff, and it was making us feel very chilly.Jasmine wishes she brought a big coat, but Mommy says she will keep us warm and cosy.
