Mother's Day

It was Mother's Day yesterday and I was in for a treat!!! It felt a bit like having my own personal Christmas Day.
In the morning the girls invaded the room and I got given some stuff from Clinique. Always a great way to start the day - and it wasn't even 7am yet...
Then we went to Mimi's Cafe, for my favourite breakfast. It was crazy busy, but Tia managed to keep everyone entertained by singing and dancing some songs by the Wiggles. She knows her stuff that girl... Zoe cooed at all the right times and people fell in love with her.

After breakfast - we headed for the pool. Tia is fearless, which would be really exciting if it didn't give me heart palpitations watching her jump into the pool. Zoe mellowed out in her little turtle shaped dingy thing.

Then the girls napped - which was nice too!

Then to bring the day to a close we had a BBQ in our backyard. Burgers and Veggie Kebabs... the girls even went to sleep without much drama - it being Mother's day and all, so I could watch my Sunday Night Shows - Extreme Makeover Home Edition, Desparate Housewives, Brothers and Sisters...
All in all, a very good day!
