Friday is Family Day

Since Chris works full time at church and is often at college on a Saturday, Friday is our day off and family day. Chris tried to have a lie in on Friday morning, but Tia hasn't quite got that concept yet. The mornings are way too exciting for sleep! We spent the morning hanging out in the house (Tia is quite drawn to Chris' guitar at the moment, who needs toys) and took to the desert hills in the afternoon for a hike.
By 6.30 pm Tia was all tucked up in bed, so we got out a DVD and relaxed (or is that recovered?).
I'm thinking of the shopping mall for the next family day....
