Catch up!

Hey what's up?

Its still hard to believe that its February! The sun is shining and its lovely and warm. Its only right that the Family Saxton make the most of every opportunity. So on family days we go out an about exploring the wonders of Phoenix and AZ.
Chris turned 27 a few weeks ago, and is very grown up and mature and everything.

Tia has been teething like it was an Olympic Sport. And if it was - she would certainly be a medal contender. And finally, there are two little white teeth just beginning to appear. And when she bites it certainly hurts more! She's sitting up by herself now too, and loves going out in her buggy, so she can meet her adoring fans!
She's even started pulling herself up to her feet, which has made bedtimes a bit more interesting...

One of her new friends is a very placcid French Boxer in the neighbourhood who adores babies. He licked her and her friend Isabel on the face. Isabel has a dog so took it in her stride. Tia was very chilled with the dog and played with it, but when it licked her face, she promptly threw up!
And that's exactly what her mother would have done too. And nearly did in sympathy.

I know its just a household pet - but so were the local rottweilers and pit bulls when I was growing up. They all had names like "Lucky" "Cindy" 'Princess" with the occasional "Tyson" thrown in. They liked children too. Only when they licked your face, they held on to a bit for a keepsake.
