All about TIA
Hi!And here's our other force of nature! Tia is wonderfully, wildly passionate. Her vocabulary has just exploded since we arrived here, and Tia loves sharing everything she is discovering about her world. For some reason whenever Tia has something important to say its prefixed by
"Mom? Dad? The sky is in the clouds... " followed by whatever she has to say. It could be about food, toys, or her clothes, its doesn't matter. So the other day Tia decided to pray before dinner. it was short and sweet:
"Dear Jesus, The sky is in the clouds.. and its getting dark!"
I suppose officially, Tia is in that terrible twos phase. She certainly knows how to throw a major tantrum, but she is very sweet much of the time, lots of fun to be with and very entertaining.
Tia has many interests. The playground is the place to be every day, for the slides and the climbing opportunities. Some of the best times I have with her alone are when we are painting. Its like a holy moment, Tia is deep in concentration producing these wonderful works of art. Neither of us have much to say, we're just together.
Then of course there are the other times when we are singing and dancing and its complete mayhem. The house is a tip, Zoe is giggling and squealing and bouncing as Tia and I sing and dance. Normally the three of us end up in a collapsed heap on the floor. Its fantastic.
Tia and Zoe get along well, and Tia is adjusting to Zoe's ever increasing mobility! Sharing is a regular life lesson right now, but Tia is also discovering the benefits of having a sister to play and get up to mischief with!
